NSS/SOUHRIDA CLUB/CAREER GUIDANCE CLUB

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is an Indian government sector public service program conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India. Popularly known as NSS, the scheme was launched in Gandhiji's Centenary year in 1969. Aimed at developing student's personality through community service, NSS is a voluntary association of young people in Colleges, Universities and at +2 level working for a campus-community (esp. Villages) linkage.

Adolescent Counseling and health care programme is unique ,novel and innovative programme conceived and launched by the department of Higher secondary education .This programme is implemented in schools through Souhrida clubs.The aim of the Club is to improve the physical , academic social and interpersonal skills of the adolescents and led them towards a successful adulthood . Souhrida club is a platform for the students to express their problems frankly .

Career guidance is a process that assists individuals in identifying their career goals and pursuing the right path to achieve them. During this process of self-discovery, a career advisor introduces each student to various tools like SWOT and psychometric assessments to make it easier for them to comprehend their areas of interest and skills.
